This training is in response to the new digital accessibility policy at Harvard and the audience is for anyone who develops or publishes content for a website at Harvard (even if it's not your main job responsibility).

We will go over what accessibility is, its importance, the 10 essentials for content creators, and some tools and resources. There will be some reference to OpenScholar however the training will be general across platforms.

Bring a laptop if you would like to follow along with some of the demos and test out various accessibility tools. We will be using the Chrome browser and one activity requires a Google login.
