Our service and platform roadmaps guide how our platform and services improve over time.

- The platform roadmap focuses on making the system better for everyone through updates to design, accessibility, security, and features.
- The service roadmap focuses on how we support users, including training, governance, and day-to-day help.

Both are shaped by feedback from the Harvard community, so we can prioritize what matters most and continuously improve a shared, reliable platform instead of building one-off solutions.
